LEECH BEECH is a project between Apollo Liftoff (Vaz), Jem Ponussamy (DEAD), and Adam Marx (Seawhores). The idea for this album was to write, tour (4 dates), then record as much material as they could in under a week. To boot, Jem's from Australia.. Apollo had known him through an Australian Vaz/Dead tour but, Adam and Jem had never had the pleasure..

There were 3 long rehearsals but the sea legs only really came about during the last two shows. Arriving home, LB recorded with Brian Herb on the 7th, and very last day of the goal. Ultimately, I sincerely can't imagine any other time, at any other studio, where everything just transcended the actual work involved. I think there was only one song that we recorded twice.?! Vibes... That's that shit.
